Four angels accompany each person.
Two guardian angels, (one on the right and one on the left) write down the deeds of the person, the one on the right writing down the good deeds and the one on the left writing down the evil ones.
See soorah Qaaf (50) aayah 18.
There are two other angels, one in front of him and one behind each person, who protect him from attacks against him for as long as Allaah as written that he should remain (protected).

“Boleh jadi kamu membenci sesuatu, padahal ia amat baik bagimu, dan boleh jadi (pula) kamu menyukai sesuatu, padahal ia amat buruk bagimu; Allah mengetahui, sedangkan kamu tidak mengetahui.” (Al-Baqarah: 216)
Maka ingatlah kepada-Ku, Aku pun akan ingat kepadamu (Aku limpahkan rahmah dan ampunan kepadamu). Bersyukurlah kepada-Ku dan jangan lah kau ingkar kepada-Ku.
